Carly Pearce & Riley Green Get Cozy in Romantic Music Video Teaser Hinting at a Collab

Carly Pearce and Riley Green have teamed up in a slightly steamy new video clip teaser that Pearce posted on her socials on Thursday (Feb. 26.)

The visual appears to hint at a new collaboration between the two. In the clip, Green and Pearce sit side by side as Pearce casually holds a glass of wine, and Green pushes back a strand of her hair. Meanwhile, a hazy, brief preview of an unreleased track — featuring what sounds like both of their vocals — plays.

Pearce captioned the video clip with what appears to be a song lyric, writing, “baby isn’t doing this the definition of insane.” She also tagged Green in the video on Instagram, and Green shared the clip on his socials.

The new teaser seems to preview more music from Pearce, who is working on her upcoming album. She recently released a new song, “Church Girl,” in which she questions the societal expectations and judgements that are often thrown at faith-leaning “church girls.” Pearce also recently released another track, “Dream Come True,” about the sacrifices that come with pursuing a career in music.

Green, who has recently earned Country Airplay chart-toppers including “Worst Way” and the Ella Langley collab “Don’t Mind If I Do,” released his most recent album, Don’t Mind If I Do, in 2024.

Green has also steadily been adding acting roles to his resume. He’s set to take part in the new Yellowstone spinoff series Marshals, and recently attended the series premiere celebration in Los Angeles. He also played a leading role in an advertisement for Black Rifle Coffee.
